Assistance with doctors appointments

Service Description

Oversee the medical care of the individuals. Make sure all their medical needs are met this includes; taking them to and from appointments, setting up appointments and implementing doctors orders in their homes. I can assist with continuing physical therapy, medication management and dietary needs.
